How the spin works

1. We pull the live 14-day forecast for ~90 hand-picked destinations, refreshed several times a day.
2. Our scorer rates each one on sun hours, temperature fit, rain, wind, consistency, and how the month aligns with the place's statistical good season.
3. The wheel only includes destinations sitting in “promising” or better right now. Anything forecast wet, off-season, or too hot is filtered out — it never lands on the spin.
4. The pick is weighted random within that top pool — super-promising places win more often, but anything in the top 16 can come up.
