From the 2026 climate study, not the live forecast.July and August see 35°C+ days plus extreme summit-climb humidity. The volcano is more reliably active April through October. Guided sunset climbs from Stromboli town reach the lower viewing terrace (290m). The full summit climb (700m) is regulated and currently restricted; check the volcanic alert level before booking.
